life

Every day is a new day. every day is another chance to do the things that give us the greatest joy, balance and grace. Sometimes, I write about what I’ve learned and my own experiences with moving. Sometimes it’s about the people I meet and their journeys to joy, balance and grace.

With every discovery comes reflection that often translates into class plans for my clients. From nothing to something big – that’s me and you and everybody. I believe that. We can do this.
