Inner Velocity is about tapping into our own ability to overcome mental and physical obstacles we face that have hindered how we move and live our best lives. The most simple types of movement is often what we take for granted like walking, going from sitting to standing, getting out of bed, holding a spoon or removing a lid from a jar. They’re all grounded in the same fundamental ways of moving. But as fundamental as it all is, nobody ever explained to us our potential nor showed us how to harness it. And now, we’ve come to what feels like an impasse, unable to be fully present or to passionately participate in or live our best life.

Inner Velocity’s goal is simple – to teach a core set of principles that enable us to find our inner force so we can move more efficiently with purpose and less effort doing the things that give us the greatest joy.

When you practice with me, you will learn

  • How our body’s postural alignment has adapted to habits we developed over time as a matter of survival. These habits served us well when we were recovering from injury or illness or both. But now we feel stuck.

  • How our bodies were designed to take us into coordinated muscle movement.

  • A core set of tools to experience new patterns that improve the relationship of your head, spine and pelvis (your postural alignment) – fundamental for any movement, into action.
