my own journey to more expansive, fluid, effortless movement has always been based in pure curiosity and a dream that I could. For so long I could barely move and when I did, there was always pain or frustration followed by sadness. Daily discovery is literally about discovering how I move differently today than yesterday. With every discovery comes reflection that often translates into class plans for my clients. From nothing to something big – that’s me and you and everybody. I believe that. We can do this.
